Wonderful service exie!! She was so amazing and nice. The hotel was nice and clean. She made sure we were tended to, had great food, and overall just great service!

My stay here turned out to be much better than I expected. The front desk team consistently showed attentiveness and a genuine willingness to help. Every question I brought up was handled quickly, clearly, and without me having to repeat anything. What stood out most is that the staff never left an issue unresolved — if something needed clarification, they followed up and made sure I had everything I needed. Even when small everyday problems came up, the response was immediate and thoughtful. When I needed help with the laundry machines, they took care of all the details and made sure I didn’t waste my time. In another situation, when an unexpected issue happened in the room, it was resolved without delay and with excellent attitude. It created a sense of real support, as if they truly cared about making my stay comfortable. Although the building has its age-related imperfections, the team’s professionalism and kindness more than make up for them. They genuinely know how to create a pleasant experience: the care, politeness, and readiness to assist are noticeable in everything. Because of this, I felt confident that I made the right choice staying here. I also want to mention the positive atmosphere during breakfast — everything is organized well, with warm service that sets a good tone for the day. Overall, my impression is excellent. This is a place where service truly matters, and you can feel it throughout your stay.

Sonya was very magnificent with the breakfast. She not only made the waffle for you, but made sure all food was hot and stocked as well! She not only made sure you were good with the food, but provided a wonderful hospitality experience!

Love this place. Rooms are very affordable, friendly staff. Free breakfast with room, room is very large with couch and 2 tables and swivel chair etc. Fridge, microwave included. Big TV with cable channels. No complaints at all. Good location near lots of restaurants and the freeway. Quiet spot tucked away behind the main road. Nice pillows and large beds. Ice machine on every floor, snacks and frozen meals and drinks available for purchase in lobby.

Breakfast host Sonya went above and beyond to make sure our mornings got off to a good start. The room had some worn furniture but the bed was very comfortable and there was a good sitting couch and desk. There was no freezer in the small fridge and the microwave was old. Despite turning the heat way down the room remained very warm. The car wash next door was right outside our window and very loud when cars were exiting and getting blow dried. The TV and channel selection were very good. Suggest you ask for room on other side of hotel. The treadmill in the exercise room did not work and there was no remote for the TV. The location was perfect for our stay. I did notice that the elevator inspection had expired the previous month.

Talk about attention to detail! When I checked in I noticed Several things… One is that it was very clean in the lobby at the time we checked in and that it was very common environment… The second thing that I noticed was probably the most important that there was a young lady that was attending to the lobby environment in the afternoon when I checked in and then the following morning during breakfast when I came down for a bite to eat. Let me tell you about Sonya… When I say between keeping that environment, immaculate as well as the actual customer service/assistance when having breakfast is warning… It’s something that I’ve never experienced at a choice hotel in all of my years of travel. Amazingly grateful for the pristine environment, as well as the actual “service“ when having a waffle actually prepared for me. Definitely recommend this establishment… Five stars

I have to say that Miss. Lindsey Evie was the best hotel attendant that i have come across in a long time. She was absolutely AMAZING from her service to her spirit. I enjoyed the conversation with her. Sometimes other's point of view is all u need to change your outlook. Miss lindsey, rest in Love to your husband and my Mom. The stay was great. Super convenient for the event. My artist and our team definitely enjoyed the stay and will be back. Recommendations to all my friends.

This was my first time staying at the Comfort Inn and I really enjoyed my stay! Ms Sonya was amazing taking care of myself and everyone else at breakfast. I will absolutely keep this spot in mind next time I’m visiting the city.
